The 3.5" deep shelf is edged with brushed aluminum for a clean and modern look, but it also serves as a slight ¼" lip so that items won't roll off the shelf. Along the very bottom of the piece, you'll find 4 hand bent hooks for hanging various small items - be it keys, scissors or rubber bands. The background and shelf are both hand painted in a turquoise color for a urban chic finish!
